Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Please read our cancellations and refunds policy carefully before booking your place on a course.

1. Cancellations by Participants

Advance Notice: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing at least 30 days before the course start date to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date will not be eligible for a refund.

No-Shows: If you do not attend the course without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

2. Transfers and Rescheduling

You may request to transfer your booking to another course date or location(subject to availability) if you notify us at least 30 days before the start date.

A transfer fee may apply.

3. Cancellations by Us

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel or reschedule a course, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future date at no extra cost.

We are not responsible for any additional costs you may incur (e.g., travel, accommodation) due to a course cancellation.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and returned via your original payment method.

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to release the funds.

5. Unplanned Labour

If you unexpectedly go into labour before your course starts, you may (i) opt to book onto the postnatal course and receive the difference in cost as a refund, (ii) request a full refund, (iii) if you are part way through the course, your refund will be pro-rata based on how many sessions your have attended.

Your course transfer or refund will be granted upon receipt of a birth certificate.
